Software development
Purlative develops software using an agile approach which means that flexibility is a core value. Before any development begins, the high-level requirements are documented and prioritized
to create a clear scope for the project. An intial estimate of the time to complete the project is provided. We must agree upon a
design (and possibly a logo) and create mock-ups of each screen. The project plan will be created, along with the functional specification, and
provided for approval. Upon final approval, a technical document will be created and development begins!
